Nicole Watson

FOUNDER & LEAD STAGER · RN (BScN), MBA

Nicole Watson never planned to build a home staging company. With a career in nursing and an MBA under her belt, she was on a path that made perfect sense — until a brain tumour diagnosis changed everything.

When returning to the hospital floor was no longer an option, Nicole channelled the same resilience, precision, and empathy that defined her nursing career into something new. Drawing on a lifelong passion for design and an eye for the details that make a house feel like home, she founded Willow & Dove Home Staging.

Today, Nicole brings that unique perspective to every project — the care of a nurse, the strategy of a business mind, and the creativity of a designer. Supported by her husband and their two young boys, she approaches each home with the belief that thoughtful staging doesn’t just sell properties — it helps families find where they belong.
